Dr Molly McPhee is Arts and Culture Manager, Queen Mary University of London. A Clore Emerging Leader and Fulbright Fellow, her research and teaching on applied theatre, atmosphere and social justice builds on six years working in the sector. As a company member of Clean Break, Molly has worked with women in the criminal justice system and those at risk of offending. She has also conducted postdoctoral research with Fuel, an arts organisation leading the field in independent producing in the UK’s live performance sector.
