Minoti Parikh is founder and lead consultant of TPL Experiences, a values-led consultancy supporting the arts and culture sector to build its overall capacity and sustainability. She is also a NED, mentor and community artist.
She leads on strategic and business development programmes and has over 18 years’ experience in developing and implementing programmes ranging from leadership development to designing frameworks, evaluating operating models and board engagement across 25 countries.
