Erica Whyman
Chair of the board of trustees at Improbable
Erica Whyman OBE is a theatre director. She has served as artistic director at several theatres including the Gate theatre and Southwark Playhouse. In 2013, she was appointed deputy artistic director at the Royal Shakespeare Company, becoming acting artistic director in 2021.
She is a fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme and chair of the board of Improbable.
