As director of STEM Explored Ltd, Caroline Sudworth brings together key stakeholders and policy makers to develop skills policy and programmes on apprenticeships, vocational education.
She manages the Technical Apprenticeship Consortium (TAC), building relationships between employers, training providers, trade and professional bodies.
With over 20 years’ experience in this field, Caroline is a University Vocational Awards Council (UVAC) Associate and holds working group membership in the Construction Industry Council (CIC), Construction Leadership Council (CLC) and the Construction and Built Environment Education (CBEE) advisory committees.
