David Adam

David Adam is a Senior Associate at BOP Consulting. He is an economic development, soft power, and international relations specialist, with experience in strategy development and implementation for global cities including London, Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Mumbai.  He is a guest lecturer at University of Southern California on topics such as The Rhetoric of London and is an associate with the British Foreign Policy Group.
