Creative company Improbable has announced that NICK SWEETING will be stepping down from his role as Senior Producer in Spring 2020. Co-founder of the organisation with JULIAN CROUCH, PHELIM McDERMOTT and LEE SIMPSON in 1996, he has been the company’s producer ever since. He is leaving to pursue other projects, including ongoing work with artist, theatre maker and activist JAVAAD ALIPOOR, but will continue his relationship with Improbable as producer of a new independent project that the company is currently developing.
