ROBERTO RUISI is the new Orchestra Leader at Sinfonia Cymru.
Ruisi, a violinist, has been involved in several projects with the company. In his new role, he will help run auditions, shape programming and direct pieces.
As a teenager, Ruisi led the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain for three years before studying at the Royal College of Music.
Chief Executive PETER BELLINGHAM is delighted with the appointment.
