Rothesay Pavilion announces leadership duo

JACKIE SHEARER and JULIE TAIT have been appointed as joint Artistic/Executive Directors, to work with the communities of Bute to bring the refurbished Rothesay Pavilion back to life. Shearer is a specialist in infrastructure projects, having worked with Platform/The Bridge in Easterhouse, The Tolbooth in Stirling and Beacon Arts Centre in Greenock. Tait was most recently Chief Executive of audience insight agency Culture Republic, before which she was Commercial Director of The Lighthouse, Scotland’s Centre for Design, Architecture and the City, and worked with Glasgow City Council in marketing and commercial roles.
