DARREN PIH is Harewood House Trust’s new Chief Curator and Artistic Director, a new role forming part of the heritage charity's executive team.

Pih, who previously worked as part of the Tate Liverpool's curatorial team, will be the curatorial lead on Harewood’s exhibition programme, alongside ensuring the museum’s collection of painting, interiors, furniture and porcelain are looked after and preserved.

“I am delighted to be joining Harewood and contributing to its ambitions by leading its exhibitions programme," he said.

"Harewood and its history make it a unique site for presenting art and ideas that engage with many of the most urgent issues of our time, including environmental responsibility, colonialism and social inclusion."
