GEORGIA MURPHY is Octagon Theatre’s new Associate Director.
Murphy is a director, writer and theatre maker specialising in comedy, family shows, new writing and devised work.
She founded theatre company Mouths of Lions in 2013 and has since worked as a facilitator and taught clown and collaborative theatre at Rose Bruford.
Murphy will make her Octagon directing debut with A CHRISTMAS CAROL later this year.
“I've always admired the Octagon's ambitious programming and this year is no exception - with big comedies, brand new musicals and family shows - I know I’m going to learn a lot as associate here,” Murphy said.
