New Dublin Fringe Festival Director

RUTH MCGOWAN, Programme Manager of Dublin Fringe Festival since 2015, has been promoted to Festival Director and will take up the role in November. She takes over from KRIS NELSON, who leaves in November to become Joint Chief Executive and Artistic Director of LIFT.
