The Spark Arts for Children have announced TRINA HALDAR (pictured left) and DARYL BEETON (pictured right) as their new Associate Directors to contribute to the artistic leadership of the organisation’s work in Leicester’s schools and communities, including a multi arts Festival for and with children in February 2021. Haldar is the Founder and Artistic Director of Mashi Theatre, which was established in 2013 in response to the lack of diverse work on offer for young people. Beeton is a Director and Performer who has worked in the theatre, disability and young people’s arts sector for the past 25 years.
