Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures has welcomed six new trustees and permanently appointed JENNIE GREEN as executive director.

Green, who is the founder and director of theatre tour booker and general management service provider Great Leap Forward, has worked as general manager for New Adventures productions for over 20 years. She stepped into the executive director role temporarily last year after the death of IMOGEN KINCHIN.

Joining the dance company’s board are BOP Consulting’s LAURA CALDOW, chief financial officer at Meroka JEAN VIANNEY CORDEIRO, solicitor SARAH HARMAN, director of empowerment at People Make It Work VICKI IGBOKWE-OZOAGU, management consultant at McKinsey & Company PHOEBE LINDSAY and founder-CEO of The Female Forum NORA STOLZ.

Chair BRENDA EMMANUS said, “At a hugely significant time for New Adventures, I am delighted that we are joined by some exceptional talent that will support us in shaping our future strategy and building on the already remarkable work that has been done by the executive team, our creatives and performers.

“As chair, I am proud to welcome these phenomenal individuals to the board of trustees.”

MATTHEW BOURNE added: “We are always so fortunate to have a dedicated and passionate group of experts and leaders on our board at New Adventures. I’m particularly pleased to see that this cohort of trustees brings such diversity of experience and look forward working with them all.”
