Artist support network The Mono Box has replaced its leadership team.
Co-Founders POLLY BENNETT and JOAN IYIOLA have announced plans to step down.
"We have poured our hearts and minds into the company alongside developing our own careers for the last nine years and now feels like the right time for us to pass on the baton," the pair said.
They have appointed BLAYNE GEORGE as the theatre's new Executive Creative Director and ALISON HOLDER as Creative Producer.
George has spent the past ten years running the Theatre Royal Haymarket Masterclass Trust. Holder is currently a producer at The Mono Box.
"I look forward to working alongside Alison to build on Joan and Polly’s vision of The Mono Box as a hub for all theatre artists, and that it continues to play its part in shaping the future of an inclusive and diverse industry where all voices are welcome and heard," George said.
