Manchester International Festival appoints Chief Operating Officer

Formerly Strategic Consultant at the Rugby Football League, ALEX BYARS will become Chief Operating Officer for Manchester International Festival (MIF) from the end of February, leading on business development and operation of new cultural venue, The Factory.
