JANE IDE, CEO of NAVCA, the national membership body for voluntary and community sector support and development organisations, has been appointed as CEO of Creative & Cultural Skills, and will join in November. She takes on the role left vacant earlier this year when SIMON DANCEY resigned on health grounds.
