Hughes to join Norfolk and Norwich Festival

Previously Capital Project Coordinator for Kettle’s Yard in Cambridge, which re-opens this weekend after a two-year redevelopment, LIZ HUGHES has been appointed Executive Director of the Norfolk and Norwich Festival. She will start in March.
