Festival Directors retire

Directors STEVE HEAP and LIOUX HEAP are to retire after the 2019 Towersey festival. Steve Heap first attended Towersey in 1966 as a performer, before taking on roles including Steward’s Coordinator, Campsite Manager, Publicity and Marketing Assistant, and finally the festival’s Director in 1975. Lioux Heap joined the festival in 1996 as the Office Manager and went on to several other roles including Box Office Manager, Artists’ Liaison, Accreditation Manager and creating and producing the All About Children strand.
