LISA TREGALE will become the first female Director of the BBC National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales. A champion of innovation in inclusion and music education, she is currently Head of Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Participate, and will take up her new role in January. RYAN BANCROFT, the 29-year-old American conductor, has been appointed as BBC NOW’s Principal Conductor.
