FIONA STURGEON SHEA, currently Director of Playwrights’ Studio, is joining the Federation of Scottish Theatre as its new CEO. She has been with the studio since 2011 and has held several senior positions across the UK arts and cultural sector, including two stints at Scotland’s new writing theatre, the Traverse; Glasgow’s Citizens Theatre; the Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond, Surrey; and as Head of Audience & Organisational Development for the Scottish Arts Council.
