ISABEL MOURA MENDES has joined the Culture team at Creative Europe Desk UK as the new Head of Culture England & Culture Advisor UK. Since 2016 she has acted as Arts Partnership Manager with the British Council Scotland Arts team in Edinburgh, alongside her independent practice. She takes over from CHRISTOPH JANKOWSKI, who held the role for the past six years and has joined British Council’s Global Network Team.
