Three new trustees are joining Chichester Festival Theatre's Board.

Among them is PADDY DILLON, Director of Renew Culture.

In 2020, Dillon co-founded Green Book, an initiative to promote sustainable practices among theatre workers. He has since co-established an international network of Theatre Green Books.

Also an architect, Dillon was responsible for the regeneration of the National Theatre and chaired the International Theatre Engineering and Architecture Conference 2023. 

Dillon is joined by NEIL ADLEMAN, Partner and Head of Theatre Group at solicitors Harbottle & Lewis LLP. He advises on issues across the theatre sector with clients, including West End and Broadway producers.

Adleman has served as Chair of Sheffield Theatres Trust and Deputy Chair of Leeds Theatres Trust. 

He is currently Chair of the Peggy Ramsay Foundation, which supports the work of playwrights.

Marketing professional TASHA GLADMAN has also been appointed. 

Gladman brings over 30 years of experience working in FMCG and Retail blue-chip companies and specialising in brand strategy, communication and innovation.

Chair MARK FOSTER said Dillon, Adleman and Gladman are all "outstanding leaders in their fields" and will bring "wide-ranging and valuable expertise".
