Paul Cutts (pictured), a former arts journalist and publisher, has been appointed as the first Chief Executive Officer for the Exhibition Road Cultural Group, which comprises 16 major arts, science and learning institutions, and two local authorities around the Exhibition Road in London. He has been Director of PR and Diversity on the board of the charity Making Music.
The British Council has appointed Graham Sheffield, (pictured) Artistic Director of the Barbican, London, as Advisor for Arts and Creative Economy. He will continue in his role at the Barbican. 

Dr Helen Bennett (pictured) is the new Head of Creative Industries for the Scottish Arts Council (SAC). Formerly Head of Crafts, she will provide an overview of the SAC’s work in creative industries and skills development, and contribute to the Council’s policies in these areas in the context of the transition to Creative Scotland.
Bath Spa Live has a new Marketing and Development Manager, Lindsay Endean, and a new Events Manager, Vivenne Weston. Endean was formerly Marketing Manager for Culture at Croydon Council, and Weston was Duty Manager and Technician at Arnolfini.
Megan Purdie (pictured) is the new Outreach Co-ordinator at Salisbury Arts Centre. Isabelle Budden (pictured) has joined as Administration and Projects Co-ordinator, replacing Abi Bruford who is now a Field Worker for the Find Your Talent project.
London Bubble Theatre Company has announced that Simon Hughes (pictured) will be the Chair of its Board of Trustees. He is also the MP for North Southwark and Bermondsey, and the Liberal Democrat Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change.
Audiences Central has appointed three new managers: Sarah Kennedy as Senior Manager: Audience Engagement, Vishalakshi Roy as Senior Manager: Business Development, and Dave Freak as Communications Manager.
Anna Jefferson is leaving the communications team at South East Dance to join New Writing South as Creative Learning Manager. She will be covering Beth Miller’s six-month sabbatical.
The new Exhibitions and Projects Manager at Craftspace, the Birmingham-based craft development agency, is Emma Daker (pictured). She previously worked as Contemporary Craft Curator at Bilston Craft Gallery. Emma Syer (pictured) has also been appointed in the new post of Administration Assistant.
Jill Bennet has taken up the post of Lifelong Learning Officer at the Theatre Royal in Bath.
The Head of Press and Public Relations at West Yorkshire Playhouse, Rachel Coles (pictured), is leaving the arts to launch ‘Yogabugs’ in Yorkshire. 

Mark Stephens joins the New Art Exchange in Nottingham as Operations and Enterprise Director. He moves from Newark & Sherwood District Council where he was most recently Cultural Services Manager overseeing the arts, museums and heritage, events, festivals, and marketing and communications.
Ruth Fisher has been promoted from Administrator to Festival Manager at The World Festival of Youth Arts in Aberdeen. She has been a freelance production manager and administrator for the past 15 years.
Fiona Sturgeon Shea (pictured) has returned to the Traverse Theatre in the newly created role of Head of Communications, having been Marketing Manager between 1997 and 2001. She moves from the Scottish Arts Council where she was Head of Audience and Organisational Development.
