NATASHA BUCKNOR MBE will work alongside Free Word CEO and Artistic Director ROMA BACKHOUSE as the company's Executive Director.
The words-focussed arts organisation has expanded its work in recent years to offer live events and themed seasons, and Bucknor will help shape its future.
She joins from Talawa Theatre Company, where she has been Executive Director since 2014. She has previously worked at Almeida Theatre, National Theatre Studio and the Southbank Centre. In 2019 she recieved an MBE in the New Year's Honours for services to the arts.
