Arts Council appoints New Director of Theatre

TAREK ISKANDER, a founder and Associate Artistic Director of the Yard Theatre and former Resident Director at the National Theatre Studio, has been appointed interim Director of Theatre at Arts Council England for nine months. Also a management consultant for the National Health Service, he fills in for NEIL DARLISON, who has been seconded to Theatre Royal Stratford East.
