Arts Marketing Association (AMA) is welcoming three new trustees.

Head of Marketing at Bristol Beacon ANDY BOREHAM  has been appointed to the AMA board, bringing 14 years of experience in arts marketing and local government communications.

Alongside Boreham is Marketing and Communications Manager at Scotland's Perth Theatre and Concert Hall CATRINA BALL. Ball’s previous work spans eight years across marketing & PR agencies, including in the cultural sector with V&A Dundee.

Joining them is Head of Marketing and Communications at Cardiff's Sherman Theatre ED NEWSOME.

"A member organisation that supports and connects us, at a time when the work we do to keep arts and culture thriving in the UK has never mattered more, is so vital, and I can’t wait to get stuck in," Boreham said.

Ball added: "I’m very much looking forward to giving something back to the AMA and helping to steer towards a bright future so that, in turn, they can continue to be a beacon for our sector and profession at large."

Newsome said his appointment is a "massive honour".

"AMA has constantly fuelled my thinking and has always challenged me to be the best arts marketer I can be.

"I look forward to representing members in the Welsh arts and cultural sector within which I have been proud to work for the past 20 years."
