Managing Director of Welsh National Opera PETER BELLINGHAM is to leave this month to launch a new consultancy and project management practice, Peter Bellingham Arts Consulting Limited. He will be replaced by LENORA THOMSON, currently Director of Audiences and Development at the Barbican.
