Chris Monks to leave SJT amid restructure

Artistic Director of Stephen Joseph Theatre (SJT) CHRIS MONKS is to leave after seven years in post, following in the footsteps of Executive Director STEPHEN WOOD. Their departures coincide with a restructuring of management at the theatre. MATHEW RUSSELL will run SJT as Chief Executive. He joins from the Southbank Centre in London, where he has been Executive Producer since last autumn. Prior to that he was Executive Director of Watford Palace Theatre.
