Wales Millennium Centre has announced the appointment of GRAEME FARROW, who was Executive Programmer for the UK City of Culture in Derry Londonderry, as its new Artistic and Creative Director. Prior to joining the City of Culture company he was Head of Culture and Arts at Queen’s University Belfast.
