Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP

SHAHPUR KABRAJI has been appointed to the Board of the National History Museum as a trustee.

Kabraji began his career as a trainee solicitor at international law firm Clifford Chance LLP, before becoming Partner of global law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. 

At Simpson Thacher, he focuses on domestic and international finance transactions, regularly advising global private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and corporates. He also co-chairs the London Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

He is a trustee of the London-based education service provider The Complete Works.

Kabraji's tenure as a trustee will last for an intial term of three years, until 2026.
