NDCWales names new Artistic Associates

National Dance Company Wales has named JUNE CAMPBELL-DAVIES and OSIAN MEILIR as its new Artistic Associates.

Campbell-Davies is a Cardiff-based dancer, choreographer and carnival artist, who leads movement classes for Oasis One World Choir.

Meilir is a performer, dance-maker and movement artist who premiered their first mid-scale production Qwerin as director and choreographer last year.

The pair will work with NDCWales over two years across multiple projects, including a bespoke programme of support developed with Artistic Director MATTHEW ROBINSON.

“The association is envisaged as one of mutual curiosity and enquiry, the desired relationship is developmental and transformational for both parties.” Robinson said.
