PRS Foundation, the UK based funder of new music and talent development, has appointed JOE FRANKLAND as its new Chief Executive, replacing VANESSA REED who is joining New Music USA. He joined the organisation in 2014 as Industry Fund Manager, before moving into his current role as Senior Grants and Programmes Manager, from Generator – a business support agency for the creative, digital and music sectors.
