Common Room of Great North appoints Director as Stark moves on

Currently Region Director of EEF, The Manufacturers’ Organisation, LIZ MAYES is to become founding Director of the Common Room of the Great North, which is to manage The North of England Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers in Newcastle. PETER STARK, the Development Director of the institute, has also announced his decision to move on, having put the development strategy in place and secured the transfer of the building, collections and staff to the Common Room.
