Stuart Burns joins NOFA

STUART BURNS is the new Programme and General Manager of youth music organisation NOFA (The National Orchestra for All). Burns, who has been working in the Civil Service for the past three years, replaces ELLA HOWELL, who leaves after nearly two years in the post.
