Opera Theatre Company (OTC), Ireland’s national opera touring company, has announced that ROSEMARY COLLIER, currently Festival Director and Chief Executive with Kilkenny Arts Festival, will become the company’s Executive Director, and the role of Artistic Director will be taken by FERGUS SHEIL.
