BBC to commission Shakespeare for 5 year-olds

Excerpts from plays including The Tempest and Romeo and Juliet will be shown on CBeebies, the BBC channel for pre-schoolers, before an interpretation of a Midsummer Night’s Dream is filmed at Liverpool’s Everyman later this year.
