Banksy’s Balloon Girl, Vettriano’s Singing Butler and Gormley's The Angel Of The North were found to be among the public's favourites in a poll marking the launch of a new Samsung TV, The Frame. The TV will enable users to choose from more than 100 art images to turn it into a piece of art when it isn't being used as a TV.
