Ideas Test is an arts organisation based in Chatham, working across Swale and Medway. Our mission is to empower communities to live more creative lives.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience and skills, the Operational Manager will have responsibility for:
- Working with the Ideas Test Board and Consortium
- Finance
- Operational
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- External relations and Communication
This is a full-time, hybrid working role, 5 days per week (37.5 hours) excluding breaks, and due to the nature of this programme, some weekend and evening work will be required.
The role is fixed term until 31 March 2026, to extend to a permanent role (funding for 2026-29 dependent).
