Development Manager

We’re excited to announce that we are hiring a new Development Manager!

In this role, you will help support a varied client portfolio, working with a range of charities to develop and implement fundraising strategies. Alongside this, the role will work within the Cause4 Development Team embracing culture, planning and operations, as well as supporting the growth of the new business pipeline for the organisation.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working in or with charities, excellent research and writing skills, and an ability to think strategically. With Cause4 you will enjoy a competitive salary, remote work flexibility and a chance to make a real difference.

Location: Predominantly homeworking, with a requirement to attend team meetings in Cambridge, London or another location for which travel costs will be covered.

Job Commitment: 40 hours per week, although flexible working arrangements and part time options will be considered.
