The 2026 conference will focus on AI by exploring tools, use cases, governance and strategy, all in the context of what it means to be a cultural organisation trying to get the best from technology.

A day of honest reflection, critique, provocation and creative thinking.

The 2026 conference will focus on AI by exploring tools, use cases, governance and strategy, all in the context of what it means to be a cultural organisation trying to get the best from technology.

The day will feature insights from 15 brilliant, brave and forward-thinking organisations who comprise this year’s Let’s Get Real cohort including The National Gallery, London Symphony Orchestra, Sheffield Theatres, Bradford Museums & Galleries and Scottish Ballet.

Alongside LGR case studies, guest speakers from the wider cultural ecosystem will share insights on the strategic challenges that AI brings to the sector. Plus, our popular Crit Room returns with industry experts sharing practical, troubleshooting advice.

The programme was founded in 2011 and run by Culture24 until 2023, with it transferred to The Audience Agency as part of a merger between the two independent, non-profit organisations.
