Executive Coaching – Foundation Level
Take the next step in your leadership career with our executive coach training to bring out exceptional performance in other senior leaders and executives.
Guildhall Ignite’s integrated foundation training will enable you to become a resilient, confident and competent executive coach. You will work with our senior executive coaches, many of whom are professionals in the performing arts and bring their expertise to your training, as well as experienced and practising coaches with clients across the public, private, not-for-profits, arts and higher educational sectors.
Core skills are taught in small group settings to allow maximum opportunity for in-depth practice, discussion, reflection and refinement of your coaching skills. You will be closely supported by two of our senior team while your small peer group fosters professional networking and connection.
You can also achieve an accreditation with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC).
The course is delivered in 2025 as a hybrid of online and in person teaching on 17 & 18 March (Full Days In Person), 31 March (Afternoon Online), 1 April (Afternoon Online).
