This training is designed to support board members of charities, CICs, and non-profits, giving participants the confidence to effectively embed and drive forward equity, diversity and inclusion in their governance practices.
This course will be delivered virtually via zoom on Wednesday 24th September from 10am to 1pm.

Trainer: Shonagh Reid
This course will be delivered by Shonagh Reid, Founder and Director of Spotlight Inclusion, an equity, diversity and inclusion consultancy that supports the cultural sector to create inclusive environments through collaboration and effective strategy.
Shonagh has an extensive background in leadership in the arts and education and sits on cultural boards as Vice Chair of Talawa Theatre Company and Chair of MishMash Productions.
