Join our Creative Leadership masterclass and discover a powerful, people-centered approach to leading projects and teams. This transformational two-day course, held in person, will help you tap into your inner creativity, connect with others, and achieve collective goals.

Based on over 30 years of research by the RCA’s Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design, this course is built on three core values: Empathy, Clarity, and Creativity. You will learn how to incorporate diverse perspectives, develop a shared sense of purpose, and unlock your creative potential to solve complex problems in a supportive environment.

 

What You’ll Experience

The masterclass is a blend of interactive learning and practical application. Through a mix of lectures, guest speaker sessions, and group workshops, you’ll gain insights from world-class experts. You’ll work on real-world business issues, exploring case studies and getting hands-on with our Creative Leadership tools and resources. The course culminates in final presentations where you’ll receive valuable feedback from facilitators and your peers.
