The West End musical will return to selling tickets through third-party retailers despite saying the system it had developed, in which theatregoers showed their ID and the payment card used to purchase the tickets, had "exceeded expectations". In a statement, the show's producers said they were "confident the West End can slowly revert to a more open selling operation to the benefit of the public".
