Shwmae, I’m Laura Drane and I’m an arts and cultural producer, consultant and facilitator, based in Cardiff, Wales and working across the UK.

I am passionate about people, causes and ideas that make positive impacts: through creative producing, impactful consulting, supportive facilitating.

For more than 20 years I have worked on a wide variety of projects across different art forms and sectors.

Some of my clients have included Voluntary Arts, Arts Council of Wales, Arts Council England, British Academy, Manchester International Festival, National Skills Academy, Natural Resources Wales, the UK Antarctic Heritage Trust, plus many universities and local authorities.
