Jonathan Durnin, who founded Durnin Research in November 2018, has led and delivered a wide range of complex projects for organisations across the UK.

With well over 25 years of academic, policy development and consultancy experience, Jonathan has a strong portfolio of arts, creative and heritage sector research, evaluation, impact and contribution studies, specialising in robustly assessing and measuring the impact of intangible/hard to measure cultural and heritage assets and interventions, and supporting complex funding applications. 

He has led and delivered key research and evaluation studies for Arts Council England, National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Association of Independent Museums, national museums, and many museums, cultural and heritage organisations across the UK.
