Dr Andreana Drencheva

Dr Andreana Drencheva (she/her) is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Entrepreneurship at King’s College London. Her research focuses on how purpose-driven organisations catalyse positive social change, while maintaining the wellbeing of their founders and employees.

Her research has appeared in leading journals, such as Business & Society, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Venturing.
