Interim findings from the union’s investigation into sexual harassment in theatre conclude at least three people should be present for auditions. Equity is also calling for theatres to have clear policies on bullying and harassment – and to demand them from visiting companies – and for employers to designate a ‘go-to’ person who is trained to deal with issues raised.
