A free networking event will give digital start-ups the chance to talk to major cultural organisations. Run by the Globe, in partnership with Wired Sussex and Komedia, partners attending include National Theatre, Rambert Dance company, the Royal Albert Hall, Tate and the Unicorn Theatre. The event will feature a curated ‘speed dating’ style networking session and a panel discussion chaired by Phil Jones, Managing Director at Wired Sussex. Neil Constable, Chief Executive of Shakespeare’s Globe, said the initiative would bring benefits for both digital and creative companies, but said more significant were “the diverse audiences with whom we and the partners digitally engage.” The event will take place on 29 January at Brighton’s Komedia.
