Independent research to collect information on the skills and development needs of leaders and aspiring leaders in the cultural sector has been commissioned by the Clore Leadership programme.  A survey makes up a core element of the study, which will focus on areas where cultural leaders and aspiring cultural leaders feel they lack skills and look at barriers professionals may face when trying to engage in leadership development training. Managed by Trends Business Research, the study aims to provide information to improve not just the quality of leadership development training, but also wider access to it.
